However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our refund policy below:

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery of services: If the services you paid for were not delivered as per the agreed-upon terms.

  • Service not as described: If the delivered service differs significantly from the agreed scope of work, we will review the situation and, where applicable, offer a refund.

Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the service.

  • Customer delay: If delays in the project or service are due to the customer’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals within the agreed timeframe.

  • Dissatisfaction with minor design elements: Creative work such as logo designs, websites, etc., is subjective. A refund will not be provided if you are dissatisfied with minor aspects of the project after receiving a reasonable number of revisions.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the service or deliverable.

  2. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue and why you are requesting a refund.

  3. We will review your request and, if applicable, initiate the refund process.

3. Refund Process

Once we have received your refund request and verified that it meets the criteria, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the same method you used to make the payment.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued depending on the work already completed and delivered. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. No Refunds on Completed Work

Once a project is completed and delivered in its entirety as per the agreed terms, no refund will be issued. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review all deliverables before final approval.
